What the association is all about.
The aims and objectives of the association.
The association is all out to protect the members and the general public from challartans and forgers. We are also out to sanitise the property market in order to restore public interest and confidence.
We also want to create a common front for properties, dealers and agents alike.
We are the umbrella body of all property association, therefore, we formulate, educate and enforce rules and regulations.
We settle disputes where applicable and enforce discipline.
We also give logistics support to agents and members of the public.
We negotiate with corporate bodies and government on issues affecting property development in Nigeria.
There are lots we are doing, more we can do, and yet lots we have done.

REVERSION TO STATUS QUO.
The association has reversed its decision to hold monthly meetings to biweekly meetings.
This is as result of the negative effects the decision has brought on the association. One of such effect is the scanty presence of the association's activities within and around the Secretariat. This gives birth to low patronage and warmth expected of us.
It is also very disheartening to note that there is lukewarmness in the members who should be in the vanguard of promoting the association positively.
All these due to the long stretch in between meetings, or so we hope.
